Chris Brunson is an International recording artist based out of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also a Pastor, Songwriter, arranger, and workshop clinician. Chris understands the music ministry calling on his life, and that is to bring the message of Hope, Healing, and Deliverance in song.

In addition to being an Elder, Chris has been instrumental in starting and developing church choirs and praise teams throughout the southern region. Through his efforts, those music ministries are still thriving today.

​

Chris established the International gospel recording group, Anointed, in 2001. They have toured in Washington DC, the Carolina's, New Jersey, Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, Indianapolis and Internationally to Montreal, Canada and London, England.

They have ministered with and before gospel music greats such as Pastor Shirley Caesar, Evangelist Dorothy Norwood, and Grammy Award winners Regina Belle, Vickie Winans and Alya Michelson.

This powerful group has released four projects entitled, “Bid Me Come” in 2002, "Broken For Greatness” in 2014, “Trust & Believe Live" in 2018, and “Press Your Way Live” in 2022.

​

Their sophomore project, “Trust & Believe Live” earned them the honor of CD Project Of The Year in June of 2019 from the Gospel Choice Music Awards. The next year, they received the honor of Black Music Awards Gospel Artist Of The Year in October of 2020 for their positive musical work in the community.

Their music can be heard on their Pandora Radio station under the name Chris Brunson & Anointed as well as on other streaming platforms. Their hit single “Suddenly” from their current project "Press Your Way Live" has trended on radio stations throughout the country and is still circulating today.

Chris Brunson & Anointed has been featured in stage plays and other theatrical productions. Their ability to adapt to multiple musical scenes and themes is a valued treasure.

They have appeared on The Reggie Gay Show, Atlanta Live, and Dr. Bobby Jones Presents in Nashville, Tennessee.

Chris Brunson & Anointed released their Single, "Peculiar" in August and their brand new project in September of 2024 entitled “The Masterpiece Experience.”

Their overall mission when they sing is to Encourage, Impart, and Serve wherever God sends him.
